My name is Nick Sebring and I have been in the property management industry for the past 4 years and I am a member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers. Before entering the real estate industry, I owned a pool business in Melbourne, Florida from which I built from the ground up. Beginning with zero clients and a sole employee, in Just three years Green to Clean Pool Services boasted five employees and 85 regularly serviced clients. After much deliberation, I decided to sell my thriving business and move to Fredericksburg, so my wife and I could be close to friends and family. I have transplanted my work ethic, focus on customer service, and entrepreneurial drive towards building Blue Bee Property Management.
